STABILITY & FOCUS WORKSHOP II

We can ‘spread’ our mental condition and maintain an elegant state of mind inside challenging Yoga postures. How we practice depends on our body & mind condition … at the same time the practice & understanding of Asanas & breath transforms that body & mind condition. All families of postures will be explored according to the level of practitioners. Alternative options will be proposed according to different levels. Open to all who practice Yoga on regular basis.

40 €/day. Limited to 11 participants. Confirmed upon payment. Enrolment for 2 days gets priority.
